Buying, selling and trading has became tiring and hard.

Removing the auction fee would fix a lot of things and it’d make things easy for the community, i know with this comes concerns of trolls and spam, a flat % fee beforehand might be best.

Who even takes the money from the fee anyways it just get deleted if u think about it that 5% tax is not going to anybody

The reason there's a fee is to prevent the auction being flooded with crap listed at 999,999,999 gold. I thought it was obvious. Just think about how hard it would be to buy and sell stuff on an auction in that state.

The game needs a gold sink like this, otherwise inflation would become even more of a problem. 5% is hefty but perfectly fine. The game needs more gold sinks in my opinion. Pets could be more expensive, crafting could be more expensive, etc.

Removing the auction fees would be the dumbest idea ever, the fees are to prevent people from adding whatever they want, whenever they want at whatever price they want, without auction fees you would see lots and lots of common rarity items at 999M because anyone can add the price they want, this would only add more and more stress to people and create a huge mess in the auction house
