Can't click on scavenger hunt scroll icon. Is it part of event or not, it is not mentioned in preview.

Winterforged gear ig says 10% for hailstone freeze, while preview says 5% . Which one is correct?

Verified that there is, I just had one pop up.

The gear provides 5% on each piece and the set bonus provides an additional 10%. A total of 45% if you have the full set.

the problem continues
Lock crates are awful. No sb drops in 10k plats + new belt proc is too weak. Nobody will open locks if this cant be fixed and reworked.

Sts need your assistance I’ve purchased 3400 plats today and was charge $140 and $54 x2 is only $100 but then I never received the second purchase. This isn’t this first time it’s happened to me. Please pay me what you owe
I’m sorry 1 more thing I’ve received the plats but on one of the charges I was charged 90 no 54 what can be done about that? I have screens shots of that transaction too
