Kitsch-mas and snowflake sweaters bug

I think there is a bug on the left arm of kitsch-mas and snowflake sweater like how the shoulder is misplaced when I put on two-handed weapons and also the arm is somehow bent at the forearm part.
Is it possible to get it fixed? And it has always been like this but the newer sweaters don't have an issue like (black christms sweater, Cash for christmas sweater, rudolph sweater and gift sweater).

I hope the screenshots are clear enough compared to kitsch/snowflake and black christmas sweater.
