Item.mod flash.
Hello, I've tried suggesting this a few times now, but can we please reduce the bright flashing whenever we use the Item.mod? The flash is really annoying to the eyes.
I would suggest limiting it to only the a smaller fraction of the screen rather than the entire screen, like maybe only on the weapon or gear's description and mods, or simply the mods themselves? Screenshots for reference.
