Soulbinder jewel

Based on the thread the jewel first came(link below), soulbinder jewel is intended to execute the enemy when lifesteal has "proced", however, I find out that they aren't executing mobs properly when you are debuffed/have low damage, I've seen it happen in hollow grove, using a legendary gear and debuffed by monster poison, instead of the mob getting executed, the mob actually loses hp.

Yes. Same can happen with vorlish executes and even with lethality, if you're debuffed by a lot. It can also happen in maus/crypt, when the mage summoned the dmg debuff orb.

Thanks for the info!

Given the way this is set up, it shouldn't have anything to do with how debuffed you are; but how much the monster's health is buffed.

Either way, we'll look into it and see what kind of fix we can come up with :-)
