Seeing players use INT and Strength on rogue?

I put 61 strength, 121 dexterity, and 15 Intelligence, and it really sux at mana, but who cares? it will be regenerate while ur stopped battling

Skills are important and is good to have at least 30-50 INT (including gear)

A good rogue knows that Aim shot + the critical buff is a rogue's best friend.
Keep that up for Elite runs such as Village and you can clear the boss fast.

Later on when doing dailies, you can pretty much skill KO mobs solo and it also speed things up significantly.
Running around doing normal attacks and bossing with low crit is kinda stupid.
