Create a letter to the community...

I remember reading through the 2023 letter and afterwards having a pretty positive outlook on the rest of the year. You gave us insight on what to expect throughout the coming year. Changes that would be made or are being worked on. The positives and negatives that the development team concluded from the previous year. It just seemed like a positive way to reach out to the players and let us know that our voices are being listened to. Myself and I'm sure a majority of players would be very interested to see a 2024 recap of what, if any, changes you guys are working on for 2025.

After the Temple Feedback got deleted x2 for being "out of control" and zero devs responded to the very negative Awakening Feedback the timing for a letter to players seems like a worthwhile post.

We missed 2024, but we'll create one for 2025 that lets you know what our plans are.

Secondly, we don't mind (and even welcome) negative feedback, as long as it's constructive, meaning it details what you believe should change and why. That said, the thread spiraled 'out of control' twice when players were openly attacking other players. I do have plans to review the old thread and pull out the constructive feedback and put it into the current feedback thread. This will include both positive and negative feedback.

Lastly, we always listen to feedback. However, sometimes we disagree with the feedback and just because we don't implement something the way you want it, that doesn't mean we're not listening.

Is there any chance the format of lb’s like 2023 occur during the 2025 events, where there is a weekly reset for the lb as well as tier rewards, crates etc. Most content gets lackluster within a week so a second week of new rewards, crates etc will give incentive. I know the workload is much
more but I believe the players will appreciate it more.
