Gear from event bosses

Hello, may we please get belts/bracelets for level 3-4 as well as its just lootable for level6 and higher? This l4 zone is very very active due to fun pvp and I think many would love to awaken these belts and bracelets.

Been running event for some time and now I am convinced that the lowest droppable level of bracelets/belts is 6.

Me too, but only rings, amulets and artifacts. All belts and bracelets are for some reason l6+.

My bad. You're absolutely right, those should also be available for lower levels
