Global Notification for new vanity chests

Hello,
How about a global notification whenever a player obtains one of the rare items from the Vanity Chests? Depending on the drop rate, this could be a motivating factor to open or quickly purchase them.

For example: A player has found a super rare item in the Twilight Templar Chest (Supernova Aura).

This system could be refined further with player names, a dedicated chat window, and item categorization based on drop rates. This would also create a new trading opportunity without replacing the auction house, as it would primarily involve items valued at 1b+.
