Why arent yall putting base elemental dmg the percent is usless as there is no blood gear equipment that gives pure elemental stats ans there no way to add that 25% dmg to anything it would only work with puting nature jewel that gives 25 pure elemental dmg?!? This wep is a skip honestly

Plus the % elemental wont work regardless, as no gear has pure elemental dmg besides few elemental jewels and elemental pets need a overhaul remove the 25-50% elemental and put base 20-100 elemental dmg so that the percent % buff can stack onto it

Everyone selling rusk when the star weapon is barely better unless leveled to the max then it becomes slightly better.
My suggestion to you guys is DON'T sell your rusk unless you plan to over pay and make the star weapon bound to your acc to lvl up.
Click the spoilers!
It is far better compared to rusk plus it has a super proc. Ive seen before the damage comparison of rusk and blood weap on crafting station, it has alot more damage, stats, addition of mitigation and ms + super proc. So sorry, rusk is rlly far low at this point since this weap comes out

Nice, can you make a small discount on Ascendant weapons recipe to maybe 5000 tokens.
We all ready have spent our tokens because the max tokens is 10k
The idea of making the crafted weapons bound was a poor choice imo. It forces you to gamble with awakes rather then just buy the weapon from someone with stats you prefer. Also of course the weapon will lose 100% value instantly because it can't be sold in the future. If this was done just because of the aps it was a poor decision I believe. The aps should be completed at weapon crafting completion not during a transfer of weapon from a player to another.
It's good design. It prevents the market from too much supply, becoming like kraken now after about 2 years (went from 300m to 30m). It's for the wealthiest people at first anyway. Really makes you think about an investment for your account rather than trying to flip/merch the items. The fact that players have to grind to buy the gems to get the best awakes makes it so that the best awakes and stats aren't so broadly available, also good.
This is not a 35% elemental buff. It appears to be the same as on the legendary weapons, which means it does additional 35% of damage as nature damage or 35% of damage done with the weapon will be done as nature damage.
That means the elemental dmg buffs on some of the arcane gears will increase that damage and the weapon will do more damage with elemental sets and gems.
@cinco I think this is incorrectly;
+ Damage (35% Nature) dealt by the "Collapsing Blood Star" attack scales with both Intelligence (primary) and Strength (secondary).
mages primary stats are intelligence and dextery, so in that way should be "Collapsing Blood Star" attack scales with both Intelligence (primary) and Dextery (secondary).
Rusk will be useful until the next one comes out regardless of how op the new weapons are. New weapons need to proc and have a cd. Rusk doesn't. Rusk won't mess up your timing with other procs and for war the pull/stun is useful.
You know, I think my use of the terms 'Primary' and 'Secondary' here are problematic. These terms are best used to describe the statistic contributions to damage that are innate to your class. And you are correct: a Sorcerer's damage comes primarily from Intelligence and secondarily from Dexterity.
That said, the formulas for these Blood Star weapons are correct. They derive their damage from your primary stat (and you lose nothing if you go pure primary) but you have the option to gain additional power by putting points into your lesser-utilized base stat.
Somewhat related, the description of the Chain Sword stat usage was incorrect and is now fixed.
Thanks for the feedback!
Interesting, by the way,
From what is understood, the weapons are designed so that people with a blood set or elemental set can be used, right?
Since the proc has 2 procs in itself, one with elemental damage and another with damage based on stats, then yes, anyone who has an elemental set, or a blood set, will be able to use that weapon?
If I understand what you are saying - the answer is 'yes,' the Blood Star weapons benefit from having the Blood Star item set or the appropriate elemental set; though neither set is actually required to use the weapon.
I don't know if it is accurate to say that the weapons have '2 procs,' but the elemental damage can be very powerful with the right jewels, item sets, etc.
