Event changes
+ Increased drop rate on Lovecrafting vanity crafting ingredients
+ Fixed Love Rocket Wisp orientation issues
+ Lover's Bloom Wisp is now tradable.

Weapon changes
+ Kraken weapon proc tick rates have been increased (from 1sec to 0.5 sec).
+ Star Beast weapon proc tick rates have been increased (from 0.75 sec. to 0.5 sec.).
+ Increased proc duration of Blood Star Chain Sword, Chakram and Orb to 10 sec.
+ All Blood Star weapon procs apply an 80% armor debuff to targets (60% in PvP).
+ All Blood Star weapon procs deal additional combo damage to Boss monsters with every proc hit.
+ Added Blood Star lightning VFX to Chain Sword proc impact.

Other changes
+ The Blood Star Artifact now respects armor in PvP.
