I've done some extensive testing and the chain misses so much it's almost unplayable. I went entire matches in tdm with out procing once. Normal attacks just miss completely. In pve I just tried to level my chain and I can't hit anything in a pack of 20 mobs completely surrounding me. Not just proc but normal attacks completely miss.

How come kraken weps work and there DoT but star beast and blood which are also dot dont work
