Question about blood weapons

Will all types of blood weapons (once they come out) be craftable into ascendant versions? (sword/aegis/daggers/bow/staff/gun)

I'm assuming they will. And i have a question myself. Will the other 2 weapons, which i assume will give shadow and cosmic dmg respectively, have the same stats (dps/str, etc.) of the chain/chak/orb? If not, it would be very unfair for those who has cosmic/shadow sets.
