Heroic Elbert Arcane Ability

I’m not sure if this is a bug or meant to be in the game as the description for the aa doesn’t mention anything on it being able to be dodged. Every now and then heroic Elbert aa will not debuff enemies even if they are standing in the circle and being attacked by the pet. It’s uncertain if the pet is just missing via bug or a player can dodge this aa. Any feedback on this would be great

Just looked at his data and while his attack can't be dodged if successful, he can still miss:
- Miss is caster attacking the target with a % chance (95% chance to hit).
- Dodge is the target avoiding the caster's successful attack (5% chance to dodge).

I think you should see *MISS* if he misses though.
