Regardless of how long it takes, it would be polite and good business to give people a heads-up. I remember they didn't in PL when Mt. Fang came out...not good.

Be fair. "It's coming sometime in the future" isn't a meaningful heads-up. In past releases in PL, for example, we've been given a few days or one week as a heads-up.

I agree, however if you have been around as long as I have through other titles, that is enough in their eyes. Has happened many times and the reason they do not give a confirmed date/guestimate.

As admitted, they do not give dates or even rough estimates as they always miss their deadline.
