    Default Passives of pets

    Hi,

would you please consider buffing the passives of pets? There are 541 pets in the game, but only 3–5 are viable for boss fights (Arc. Sapphire, H. Neigher, Draugers, etc.). A pet that’s 3–4 years old, like Sapphire, is still outperforming all others.

I understand that reviewing all pets would take a lot of time, and I’m not asking for that. However, perhaps the latest pets should be reconsidered so their power aligns with the current bosses’ HP and defense. Pets from 2025 or those released since Winter/Halloween 2024 could be a good starting point.

I’d love to see pets that truly make a difference in PvE. When fighting a boss with 300M HP, is it unreasonable to ask for a 5-second DoT to deal at least 100K damage per tick? Pets cost a lot of platinum and gold, yet their passives are... (fill in the blank).

    Test
LB Orrick has around 300M HP, yet when you check the DoT from H. Willowfang, it is practically nonexistent. The passive’s description claims "heavy Nature DoT," but does 200–300 damage per tick qualify as that? Even at Tier 7 with a damage trainer, this pet would make no meaningful impact. I tested with my best gear and found that my stats do not affect DoT damage. Further tests with a speed set and low 3K base damage still resulted in the same 200–300 DoT ticks.

Please buff the DoTs of H. Willowfang and H. Pestilence (and older pets, if you decide to go back). Also, when designing new pet passives, please consider the current HP and defenses of bosses. Additionally, it would be great if player stats (e.g., damage) influenced DoT from pet passives.

    Thanks!

+1, certainly, reviewing all passives of pets is unfeasible, but developing better passives for future pets is something that should be considered, especially since we do not have access to the damage caused by them, unless through other people who have them or buying for testing(although I don't think anyone wants to waste 100M testing a pet, it seem like a casino).

It's weird to see that a current pet like Willowfang has less DoT than a pet like Garlic.

There should be either a pattern in the damage of DoT-related passives or the damage of this DoT be specified in the passive details.

Did tier 7 (Damage Trainer) for H. Willowfang, ridiculously low DOT.

For comparison tier 7 (Damage Trainer) H. Garlic.

Hope you can look into improving DOTs from passives of latest pets.

Sorry, aside from bug fixes, we currently have no plans to buff/debuff released pets.

Wow, all that investment—price of the pet, price of shards, and the fee per tier—and the result is... basically nothing. But thanks for the answer.
