well i placed one item to be sold for 84k in cs... and cancelled it within a min. but my gold didnt returned... correct me if i am wrong.. tht if my auction expires i wont loose gold rite?? and if i cancel it.. i get my gold as a fee refunded???

Not a bug. You get no gold back when you auction it. The cut stays no matter what.

Exactly, consider the money you put in CS to auction items, as a donation to the AL world... to refuel gold to other players.
