Be aware of this scam!

Just a heads-up: over the past few days, a player that has been making alternate accounts with usernames very similar to that of your in-game spouse, pretending to be them and asking for vanities or other items.

This has happened at least 3-4 times today alone, from what I’ve seen. Please stay alert and double-check who you’re trading with before giving anything away. Spread the word before more people get scammed.

If anyone else messages you saying they are me; its probably not me. Look out for misspelled names too. The letter i and l look the same.

So I’m posting this for Lix because atm he also is having problems with players pretending to be him on an alt, usual stuff, lend me a speed set blah blah blah and has also been targeting friends of his. Needless to say anybody who knows Lix Would be aware that he would never ask to borrow anything. I am unable to state the name of this player due to forum rules. The matter has been reported and only reason for this post is to raise awareness of this nuisance.

This also happened to me, like couple months ago someone pretending to be my my new acc. He told my friends and guildmate that I get banned and he start begging items to my friends and also to my guildmate. We confront the scammer then the next day made new alt then he pretend he was our guild master then he start small talk and beg for some stuff. Always be careful of this players pretending to be one of your friends that got banned and when they start asking for gold and stuff.
