Item stats that go offscreen

There used to be just a couple of items which have stats that do not fit in the display, but with the stat bonuses proved by gear getting increasingly extensive, there are now many items that you cannot read all of the stats for. It is easy enough to look at how an item changes your character's stats and determine what the hidden bonuses are, but for such a polished game, the stats going offscreen give a very unpolished impression. If a list needs to be compiled of gear with this issue, I don't mind starting one, but it seems like a more universal solution is needed, like 2 lines of display for stat bonuses.

Soooo, with AO3, virtually all item stats now run offscreen on iPod and iPhone. Maybe time to look at the issue?

What I do is go to inventory and click the sell button and it shows all the stats *Don't actually sell your item =d*
Also anyone know the price on Sunblessed bow of the Void?

I just un-equip my wep and highlight the wep I wanna know the stats for if it's that hard to tell, which I don't have much of a problem on iPad.

Thanks iPad person for whom this isn't a bug for your input. For the rest of us with smaller screens, this is a bug, and should be fixed. Sure we can unequip, and highlight, and watch stat changes, but we shouldn't have to and it has a very unpolished and unprofessional feeling to it, which I do not think is what STS is going for

I would say this is an issue for most if not all AO3 items.

My guess is the OG devs had the new devs make these items, overlooking many many things. Or the OG devs are just slipping!

It's a pain is the a** when you want to decide between two weapons to buy.
1. You can't check on yanis's threads cause all the items were redone
2. Can't check any weapons in CS because nearly all of them go off the page
3. That means you have to buy the actual weapon to see all the stats.

This is ridiculous, I should be able to know what I'm buying before I buy it.
Needs to be fixed.

The only way, besides buying something, to look at stats for me is look at someone who has it equipped. Just go into the 'give' area, and click on a low level gear with all the stats visible. Then you can compare differences in stat #s and stuff.

However this is a very big problem, easily fixable, and I am seriously dissapointed that this (among several other easy fix issues that have not been fixed for no apparent reason, and that have been there almost from day 1) is still an issue. G (he's in charge right? Or Asommers) needs to whip the people in charge of these various things into shape and get them fixed. IMO these things should be changed right away, rather than ignored, so that players can experience very few issues with actual gameplay as devs add the big things. You can't be building a huge game with a ton of content and platforms if the foundation of game mechanics and general usage is faulty or not as strong as it could easily be.

I recently sent a mail to STS about this, but they seem to have ignored it as they do all my mails which might possibly offend them a tiny bit (like a small child would get offended).

They are probably working on it as we speak. Dev Members are very busy people hardly have anytime for themselves. I'm sure they heard or seen this mistake and are working on it as we speak. Hang tight and enjoy the game.
