Level 71 Elite Sea Blaster

Can we fix the damage on Level 71 Elite Sea Blaster? It has 33 less damage than level 70 Phantom Pirate’s Crossbone, which is supposed to be a weaker version of ESB with just 2 less damage. Elite Sea Blaster should be 256-286 instead of its current 211-251 so that it’s on par with Phantom Pirate’s Crossbone.
