Guide: Pet system

Nice guide, very helpful and easy to read/browse. Do pets have their own exp-meter? I never actually checked that. If so, how much exp do they need for level ups?

Oh, also, how often are they fed? I've used auto-feed all this time so I haven't really paid any attention to it. I just notice my gold stash running low

I believe pets share the same XP scale as players. This seems to be the case as my pet levels up shortly after I level (for my new rogue.)
