15%cd vs 7%stats which better?

Hello arlor, i wanna ask which better weapon 15cd or 7%stats? which do more damage?

Depends on how much crit chance you have. But generally 15% crit damage will give you more damage, except in very specific scenarios.

Endgame gears for rogue give you more than 100% critical chance.
Every dmg you deal will be critical damage. So, CD is the best (for rogue, idk how about pther classes)

Notes: i tried with 3.7k dex, got 127%crit chance, and it works to deal critical dmg everytime

As a war i do have 100% crit chance with skills and pet , since I'm element user cd is better , stats wont do a thing unless u go full blood with full fury gems

Some guy tested it by numbers

1% CD = around 45 dex (in the Kraken era level 81) in damage terms.

I believe now its even more.
