ping problem and game fully unplayable

i am having this problem for more than 1 month

in exactly Bangladesh time from 8 PM until 12 AM this ping keeps unstable and totally i can't play for 4 hours this time

i will share a screenshot for this time but if continues without solution then i will try upload a video or will give a youtube link to watch how i do suffer and completely can't play during this hours exactly in bangladesh time..

Looks like there are network issues somewhere between you and the servers. You could try using a vpn to route around the issues.
