How to connect/Download the game through my Chrome Plus?

Yo guys, I'm at home and I wish to the play this game,which btw is pretty cool and not complicated,
but when I'm trying to download it through Chrome.google, It says:

"This application is not supported on this computer. Installation has been disabled."

How do I solve it?

(Tried already taking my Nod Anti-Virus off,didnt worked out).

Maybe it's a Java problems? because I can download all other Pocket/Vampire Legends....everyone

yes of course,as I wrote down before...I can download all other apps except this one...
I also have a storng NVidia Drivers, and my Graphic card is GeForce 9800 GT...
Got no clue what's the source for this problem,

I installed Microsoft Direct X...re-installed Java,Chrome, Enabled WebGL
I believe again it's something with Java that blocks specifically that Game ...
