What do you see when talking to the npc? It should be right under [Buy Items.] from your faction npc.
Can u increase the pts given by boss? To make it worth to kill?
For next event consider not adding the chanhe faction and enter portal buttons next to each other and maybe moving the portal off the statue by a few feet. Just my opinion

If you patch it should work now.
Why not make top 50 get the trail for winning team, since not tradable.
The vanity set has a heavy feel to them. Except for the rogue (my character). I find it quite unnecessary to have my bewbs hanging out. I noticed neither warrior or mage are objectified in such a manner.

Also gonna say it again… I think both top 25 should get trial. I get the idea of the event from a paper point of view. But in practice it’s just unfair to the the other side.
Mind you, I’m Red team and top 10. So I’m getting the trail but I have friend tht chose blue and they’re not getting anything for their hard work. They don’t even want to run with me because it’s not worth it. I’ve been soloing it for most of the event so far and it’s kinda lonely without my friends. I know I’ve been a loud mouth on here and don’t deserve anything, but would you consider having both top 25 get the trail? My friends would join back in and this event would be a lot more fun.
im close 500k on blue didn't even know we can't get backpack if blue doesn't have highest points. So end of the event we will have an exist item but no one has it. wish both them would get the reward. People already farmed millions on red sith pet aa and 4x speed to rush boss and remap in 10 seconds

Personally I feel this should be an event for all. Make temple of scroll points be converted to gold for the winning team so all can participate instead of lb players only
Add on lb the total pts for Red faction and the total pts of blue faction sonwe can see the diff between
It is important that u read event guide first, especially when u want to join event lb
