I’d like to propose a small rework for 71 elites.

I feel like they might be a little more useful in 71 PvP which is the most active right now.

EWT, I think could use a small buff (maybe AOE lightning damage, or instead of proc”ing EVERYONE, only your teammates that are near it)?

X-Fire should have AOE damage since the proc doesn’t even work in PvP.

Dragon breath staff proc should work in PvP and have a small increase to health/mana regen when in the circle.

EMS works perfectly fine.

ESB maybe increase bomb damage so it’s not entirely useless.

Fire Axe needs a damage buff and the proc should work in PvP as it’s probably the least desirable weapon to obtain.

Let me know your thoughts and opinions! I highly doubt any of this will take effect, but it’s worth a shot to see if the devs of this game will actually consider something small like this.
