Ping is one if the most important factors in hi end pvp competition. All the best pvpers have amazing ping, if they say they don't or have bad ping, they're lying.
59-129 is ideal.
I'd you can't manage this, do as many do and use str gear. E.i warbird?/pally/bear. The dodge is almost ping proof.

The number 1337 looks alot like "leet" or as the online community as come to know it, "elite." He didn't literally mean 1337 ping
