Invite all in HUD option

If I uncheck the invite all in HUD option, it never saves. It's always rechecked when come back to the game (whether I completely close the app or simply hit the home button and bring the app back up later).

iPad 1, iOS 5.1, wifi.

Same thing happens to me on Android. It's annoying.
