Exclamation Ongoing Drama and Disruption of Constructive Content in the Forum

    Dear Admins,

As an active member who has consistently contributed ideas and constructive suggestions to this forum, I feel the need to raise a growing concern that’s been affecting the overall quality of our community.

Lately, we’ve been witnessing certain users deliberately stirring up drama, provoking arguments, and undermining well-intentioned contributions from other members. These disruptive behaviors not only derail discussions but also often lead to the removal or closure of genuinely helpful suggestion threads — solely because they were hijacked by drama instigators.

It is incredibly discouraging to see thoughtful input being drowned out and discarded due to a handful of users who are seemingly more interested in chaos than improvement. This kind of environment not only silences well-meaning voices but also drives away those who genuinely care about the community’s development.

    My Suggestions for Improvement:
More targeted moderation, focusing on those who provoke and derail discussions instead of penalizing the entire thread or the original poster,

Immediate removal of off-topic or inflammatory replies that spark drama, with temporary bans or warnings if necessary,

Review and reconsideration of any auto-close/report systems that can be abused by bad actors to silence suggestions,

Introduction of a dedicated “Constructive Feedback” section with stricter moderation to ensure healthy and focused discussions.

In the long run, silencing constructive contributors — even indirectly — may lead to a decline in quality participation and a more toxic forum culture. I genuinely hope steps can be taken to prevent that from happening.

I am waiting for a response from the relevant admin of the recent times. That is, from you, Mr. Futumsh.

Respectfully, this reads less like a genuine concern for the community and more like an attempt to frame disagreement as disruption.

Forums exist to share ideas, discuss perspectives, and yes — sometimes disagree. That’s not “provoking” or “stirring up drama.” That’s literally the purpose of a discussion-based platform. If every critical reply gets labeled as toxic or off-topic, then what’s left isn’t community — it’s controlled messaging.

The suggestion to moderate those who “derail” threads assumes the original post is always correct or untouchable. But part of contributing to a forum means being open to pushback. Disagreement doesn’t derail a thread — it strengthens it by testing ideas and encouraging broader dialogue.

And let’s be honest — calling yourself a “constructive contributor” doesn’t mean your posts are above critique. If you want honest discussion, you have to accept that others may see things differently. That’s not silencing — that’s engagement.

Real community improvement comes from hearing all voices, not just the ones that agree with you.

Frankly, everyone in this thread (plus a couple others) has been behaving poorly on the forums lately.
If you want to post about a topic, or respond about a topic, do so. If you are targeting anything at a particular person, this is not the place for it.

Any time I have to spend on these threads takes away from time I can afford to spend on DL at all.
