Op is the best choice up until l35.

Engis, to me, suck at all Twink levels. Then again, you have to be very good to play engi. Not anyone can just pick up the class with a build an pwn, I've only seen one good engi and that was a l20 (in twinks). He doesn't play anymore tho, so you're out of luck there.

Also, if you're looking for a good l15 op teacher.. IMO, you're out of luck as they have all either quit STS or play AL.
