I was collecting my allies on my alts and this happened on most of them,

It comes up "0xp" and the XP im ment to get doesnt go on my characters XP bar
(By the way i dont have the xp disabled)

If you wait too long this can happen, also with the dayly reward.
You have to be back to collect within a certain amount of time.
I didnt know it was also with the xp award, but guess it is not just the item.
