Forgotten ruins drop only magna fragments

I did 10 runs today and every time it was magna fragment loot from the boss.

It used to drop victus occasionally before although less than magna. There were 5 fragments packs and common artifacts as well. Now it's only magna fragments.

Bug or as expected? How to loot victus fragments?

This hasn't changed as far as I can tell - which type you can get is level based. I passed it along to design, as I'm not entirely sure what the intent with this stuff is.

Level based loot doesn't make much sense to be honest.

For example in hardcore mode one would need to level up, farm enough of ruined tokens, die, revive and farm victus while on low level then level up and farm magna. Not an option 😀

Please consider making victus and magna drop randomly irrespective of level. Thanks!
