Founders, what will happen?

So to sum it all up, and I have searched for these answers before asking:

1. Will founders be tradable after the update?

2. Will forerunners be discontinued? If so, will it be tradable?

3. Will the level 15-16 elite maps still be accessible? If not, wouldn't that mean the elite gear will technically be discontinued too?

To answer one question, if u go to log in screen ingame and to the left they have like advertisements such as, do you like pets? Collect them all! There also is one that says last chance for forunners gear! Along with another that says founders
