It depends if its elite, or elite u have to kill everyone. For regular maps he should spawn automatically. Idk wats wrong if its a normal map, but if its elite cahaun explained wat to do.

Kill most of them and he will spawn. Its good to prevent others from dealing the boss directly without considering the minutae.
