Lvl80 Magor Psyber Staff

I've been trying to farm the lvl80 Magor Psyber staff for weeks now, but so far without any success. I'm starting to doubt whether it even still drops.
One of my friends got it a while back from one of the shadow bosses on Overlord Return campaign map 4.
Could you tell me if it's still a droppable item or not?
I really don’t want to waste my time and platinum.
