Issues with Overlord Returns Campaign

There are a couple of issues with the campaign which stop players going through the campaign as was intended on release, these are as follows:

• The Engineer NPC no longer spawns
• The Psycho Seller NPC no longer spawns
• Rifts No Longer Spawn

These are the issues i can currently think of that are wrong with the campaign, i believe all of these were removed due to too many of them spawning for one player when farming for an event.

These three things are crucial parts of the Overlord Returns Campaign.

The Engineer Provides Crafting for the 3 Level 80 Sets Derex, Strax and Intex.
The Psycho Seller Provided Platinum Purchases for Level 80 Elite Items
Rifts gave players access to the maps 'The Warlords Prison', 'The Warlords Dungeon' and 'The Warlords Maze'

All of these would randomly spawn depending on certain things, Engineer Being a random chance when killing a Mini-Boss, The Psycho Seller being a random chance when killing a regular boss. And Rifts (From what i remember) Had a chance to spawn when killing shadows with the Shadow Hunter's Elixir (Which it still advertises but no longer provides.)

I would love to see these added back in some way, potentially introducing the NPC's into one of the towns instead of spawning randomly from bosses and the rifts potentially being removed from the elixirs description as these maps can be accessed in other ways.
