So, allegedly; the only worms that can be Ikku are the ones that are already above the ground.

The ones that come up from the underground cannot be Ikku, if that is correct then it definitely should be fixed and all big worms should have a chance to be Ikku.

Are you sure of that? Do you perhaps have a screenshot of it spawning elsewhere other than the places where they're already above?
Because every time I found one through the years it was always the one already above.

He’s saying that all the underground worms have a chance to become Ikku. But when they are randomly selected to be Ikku, the game spawns them already sitting above ground. So if you’re speeding through the map, you don’t need to wait for the worms to come up and check if theyre Ikku, because Ikku would already be sitting above ground.
