FOX on CTF like a boss
A friend of mine played ctf on low lvl just to try how new classes works on it. Our observation goes to this . LOL !! The fox flewd to the flag like a boss and owns, same as going back to base haha. So pretty much this class has a low percentage at pvp/e but not in CTF. We have also discovered some problems regarding the skills on foxes. Idk if its really lag or the skill itself delays for like 2-3 seconds.

yeah. its either bugged or u have to be in range to even click the skills. idk its weird

Lets think about this carefully. If you didn't have to be in range to press your leap skill, what would happen? Kiting would become useless. Once kited, the fox could leap back into range. By forcing him to be in range in order to leap, it removes the problem of ineffective kiting.
I think the op is referring to some skills that I noticed worked like drain life for the enchantress. I doubt anything is bugged.
