Dragonet in Forgotten Forest

What exactly makes this dungeon worth farming? Do elite weapons drop here too? Or are there any new items that drop here?

The reason I ask is a group of 5 of us (all level 76, two bears and three birds, all with top gear) finished this dungeon and it took us around 10 minutes to kill the Dragonet. It reminded me of back when we were level 55 and trying to kill the Bandit Queen in the Sewers. It didn't appear that he was healing himself, so I'm guessing he has like 100k health or something like that. Anyway, it takes way longer to kill him than any other boss, so I'm wondering what exactly the point of it is.

I thought that was the new onyx boss? Or is he the ones that drops the charred antennas? Hrmmm...I'm so confused. Too many updates to keep track of, and now I'm playin PL and AL. Life is complicated. LOL
