Purchasing Auras from Store

Can we get some auras in crates please STS Team, I am from Australia and our ping only goes as low as 250 which isn't the worst but it isn't the best and I have been trying to buy any aura from this Halloween Event to no success..

I have a real problem and it's extremely frustrating when I want an Aura from the store and I am literally inside the Store waiting for it to drop only for it to be "Sold Out" before it even appears in my Store because players from closer regions have pings as low as 30 and get it before we do and on top of that having to compete with so many others with such low ping it's almost impossible to get one. The counter doesn't even go down it just Pops up and then they're already "Sold out" not to mention the people who are using Auto Clickers to insta buy them

I play Hardcore, and all I want is just one bloody Aura, so CAN WE PLEASE get some Auras in Crates for the love of God cause this is extremely frustrating. I would spend 8-10k on a crate just to get one I really don't care just please give us High Ping players a chance to get something STS

What usually happens is that the auras will be on sale for the whole weekend. The catch is that it has cooldown periods during which it says “sold out”. Its all about ping and we can’t do anything about it.
I agree completely its not fair at all.

Its not fair when people with high ping can’t get a single aura while people with low ping gets 1 every hour
Restrict accounts from doing it over and over for a limited time such as 4 hours so people with high ping will also get a chance.

Otherwise give me my money back for the plat I pruchased in order to get a single damn aura

+1 It’s like taking a phone to the game headquarters to play. Buying and selling it yourself. It feels unfair to those who live far away because most of the people in this game are from all over the world.It's a shame that the purpose of recharging plat is to buy the item you like but can't, the game is for players living in that area.Maybe the time for the buyer should be limited to about 3-4 hours so that people with poor network or far away from that area can buy it..

I waited 5mins in store to buy the aura and it changed location :| time says “Time Left: 0s” for 10 seconds I thought there was a bug then closed store and reopened it with the 1hr time reset and aura location went all the way down :|

Ps. Idk if this is a bug or idk.. :|
