Accidently bought the locked crate of heroic pet

I was spamming to get the new Hallowen week 3 aura and I accidentally clicked on the Locked crate of heroic pet crate and my 1600 platinium went to trash
I was spamming so hard cuz I really wanted it for my hardcore char because i got none so far :/
If there is a way i can get a plat refund I would be so happy.

It is not possible to buy the new aura with that option turned on due to the high buy demand by many players.

I feel like Sts doing it for hardcore characters but yah I do totally agree that they should put it somewhere else otherwise people would see it as them putting it there purposely so people could mistakenly buy it spending their plat and making them buy more plat so Sts could make more money :|

Still avoidable tho since I think many players read first before buying

If you send a ticket to mail/support and you didn’t open the egg they normally refund people

I don't think so. You have to read what you're buying, and the second thing would lead to abuse. Some eggs, like SiegePart, are extremely expensive and probably no one would return them.

feel u bro, i bought non-tradeable arc awakening in awake event then contact their support to get my plat back.
