Fail safe for Crucial Items

(I saw my bug post got deleted so i have re-written it here!)
I would like to suggest some sort of fail safe for items that can be liquidated, but cannot be obtained again on the character that liquidated them.

Similar to how 'Account Rewards' work, a way to claim them back if they are in some way removed from a character.

The main items i am referring to are

• The Warlords Prison Band (Level 85 Milestone Ring)
• Green Gimmal (Level 95 Milestone Ring)

I have some friends in this exact position as they have in the past deleted these items without realising what they are for, and now cannot complete certain sets as they don't have these rings and cannot obtain them on those characters due to them being untradable and cannot be stashed.

I agree with this. Once obtained and deleted there’s NO way of ever getting them back. At least make these tradable and stashable please.
