Legendary set 81 from zodias

I was running on my hc and i have weapon/helm/armor of the legendary zodias set. It's quite a big help for hcs that are not geared tbh. So with a friend we decided to farm some elite zodias but we noticed that the drop of legendaries is really really really low. I ask myself why since it's an old expansion and in every other legendaries drop quite easily (example: hedo). Moreover, seems like each portals give different legendaries, like ezg only weapon and amu. I would like to understand if is intended and if so suggest to raise the drop of these items. Also provide a list of what is droppable currently in every zodias dungeon would make it way easier for the ones who wanna farm a decent budget set. Ty

Yes but my main complaint is that i would like legendaries to be more available cause rn even on elite rahab is really really rare to drop any legendaries, so even normal and elite offer same chances? I find it odd considering other expansions are way more generous
