Ok so I just hit level 15 and been told I can enter the kraag tomb, we'll whn I go to the tomb it just gives me a pop up and tells me to leave??

Once you hit level 15 go talk to the blue sorcerer in front of the fountain in Kraag. He will give you a quest which allows you to enter Kraag Tomb 1. Once that quest is finished you turn it in then the next level will be unlocked and so on.
