Impossibility to drag down flipped blocks furniture

I kinda like to decor my house and i deeply hate the floors of all the deeds so i always try to come up with better solutions to cover it up. I used the most different items to do it, from paintings to walls. With some patience i really had nice results. What i never understood is why these blocks we have which are such a great addition for us decorators once flipped upside down don't behave like majority of other furnitures. Example, if i flip upside down a graceful soulbinder statue, i will have the possibility to drag it very down till just the base will be visible. Same for example with a wall, or a painting, or a shelf. But if i do same with blocks i can't drag it down, it will stay same height. It would be so much easier to be able to use blocks for covering the floor. I don't know if this is a bug or is intended but can be fixed in a way that we can pull the block lower than floor?

We originally did that so you couldn't place under the floor (and then not be able to pick it again). Now that we have the furnishing selector, we can probably remove that restriction. Added this to the list of things to fix.

Since we talking about it, could you also add the possibility to select the amount wanted of a certain item you wanna place in house? Example, i need to use 500 piece of same item, could i long Press on it and type in the amount i need? Would save me quite much time.
Also, would be nice if we could finally have customable floors

Not sure how the multi-place work work, since I don't know where you want the item to be place, they'd all be stacked.

Customizable floors are coming when we do the housing revamp (you'll be able to place 8x8 floor tiles and make your own floorplans).

I get your point but all considered i'd still rather have them all stacked in one spot but placed rather than placing them one by one but ofc i see your point. Ty for the floors, it will really make my life lot easier. I hope we will get some nice patterns!
