Stop with the "Bound on Use"

If you like boe just stop and think about the future for 1 second.
Locks are the only way to get majority of the bound items. You can't farm or craft them.
Locks change as new content comes out.
Imagine if kraken items was when BoE came out, little to none would exist right now which will force people who want to progress to buy blood. Oh wait blood is bound too so its price is 4x higher than it is now so lets go to dune. Oh wait its demand is pushed higher than it is now due to the low supply of gears and is more expensive than blood yet less useful.

If you want to add bound items then make them lootable in maps. Not locks. Though I still disagree on them existing in general due to inventory space limitations and character bound limitations.

Your funny im talking about in what you said regarding pricing in gear if boe started in kraken gear and next blood gear boe price become 4x?? my point is, its not about powerful gear or useless gear still when they 1st released price is more higher than now when boe happening,in new released gear like dune set or veil set still cheaper in 1st released.

Well, no duh ebon items, dozer 76 arcane items, Zaarus 81 items, kraken, starbeast, and blood items were and are expensive.

If we wanna go deep into details here. Its nothing to do with BoE at all. Look at the power gaps between those gears.
Legendary -> Ebon - First powerful arcane items to come out. I mean the Ebon aegis did 400k reflect damage alone back then. Thats a ton of damage back then, remember we were fighting mobs with 20k hp or so.

Ebon -> Dozer - Ebon got nerfed and dozer items were pretty powerful. They were 100mil+ each and outclassed ebon by night and day.

Dozer -> Zaarus - Zaarus had insane stat differences compared to Dozer items and had their own powerful procs.

Zaarus -> Kraken - Biggest power gap yet, Kraken items are intensely powerful and still to this day destroy mobs like they are nothing. The meta was proc kraken and swap to a zaarus loadout for the stat bonuses.

Kraken -> Starbeast - Same situation with Dozer to Zaarus, the stat bonuses are insane and on top of that they have custom procs. Starbeast is still used to this day for the 7/6 proc.

SB-> Blood - Blood weapons with no awakes give more stats than a super maxed out SB set. The stat bonuses are insane and the procs are better than kraken.

Blood - > Dune Veil mythic items - They were flooded into the market for the first few months rendered useless, their stats suck unless you have the 400m arti. Their procs suck, they don't even give a noticeable power gap between blood let alone even kraken or maybe zaarus set, we already kill everything with our kraken / blood / sb items, its only useful for solar damage which not many people have the dune weapon to go with it.

I guarantee if they make the mythic dune set super powerful, buff maps, and nerf blood kraken and sb they will go to over 1.5 billion gold a piece. (Don't do this devs pls.)
BoE has nothing to do with prices other than to make them higher and higher.

The reason they are cheap is because they do not compete with what is already out. I am happy that they let older items be relevant and useful in the maps these days, yes it causes prices to decrease but its fun to setup different gear styles without being forced into using the same gear as everyone else.

For every couple plat spender who quits, more far fetched Cinco ideas are implemented to make sure that exisiting spenders would have to spend more to play the game. So their balance sheets wouldn't fluctuate too much every paycheck... viola! BOE x power creeping gears

If someone is addicted to something they will stick up for it no matter what. I got other games to play, pretty sure some of ya here don't even know that any others exist. Prob be playing with the same 50 people here pretty soon.

Evry item price is big on start. Veil helm is decent. Also sb didnt have any procs if u remember, you still use it. Dune weps r op cuz of double proc thingy. Dune wep is lootable, no1 is stopping you to run dune day after day and loot one. If you look bigger picture system is great for future, f2p will much easier afford Veil pcs then they cud SB when it was new.
You are not speaking for the new or f2p players since you have 0 contact with new players. When was you in weak pty last time? You are talking for yourself and your fear of having to actually buy plat , or just be weak since you cant afford to awake, and gem your gear that stays bound. But hey, it is still ok, mix of blood and clean veil will get you thru any map easy!

They then have to make the decision whether or not to bound a piece of equipment that won’t help them unless they have the full set, or sell it and be stuck in the same situation.

Ofc i aint, cuz i aint one, but i also did try using krak/sb or just full blood set in dune and they work perfectly. Veil set isnt full set yet and it wont be for some time from now! So why you talking about them making decision whether to make piece of equimpent bound or not? In Januart all available veil pieces will be 5-20 m each accoring to the prices rn. What is your point exactly? Btwn, you logged on your forum alt account just to make no point at all!

What you are saying is just dumb with no borders.
Let me help you, Veil set is newest (only lvl91) MYTHIC set in game.
1.Veil set is NOT needed in anyway in current gameplay for any map. (Its not even used in timed lb runs which is highest/hardest tier in game)

2. If some1 cant afford NEW veil set pieces (which r cheap btwn) it means he doesnt own full blood set (lvl 86-5 lvls lower then current lvl cap in game)
Which means all of you hypocrits complainin in name of f2p and new (there arent any in game long time) players , should demand blood set pieces to be guaranteed loot in locks-so players you guys care so much about (f2p and new) can afford proc -most needed set in game.

3. Veil what? Where do you exactly efficiently use mythic set wirh 3/3 ? Except making stats boost that makes no diff cuz of swaps/proc?

4. Yall expect too much from mythic set- i mean procs that you are comparing to blood smh.

5. Prices are dropping rapidly considering its newest and highest tier/lvl gear, just locks rn are not worth opening so ppl dont spamm them.
