Despite having over 200% luck, only 30-50 ice shards drop. Please increase the drop rates or the drop rate from bosses to 50-100 shard or at least 25. Looking at Halloween and the previous event, the drop rate was much higher. We want the same here. Thank you.

I'm actually disappointed in the event so far. The key shards barely drop. I hardly get any tokens each round I only get around 30 or less tokens. I played for hours and only got to 204 tokens. I remember when we used to get 25 tokens just before leaving some events if you bring that back for this event atleast then make it would make it more enjoyable, easier and quicker to buy the things with tokens. The outfits are very pretty and I'm so glad the snowflake badge is back, but at the current drop rate for tokens it seems impossible for those that don't have platinum to get anything. We pay in so much gold to enter the event and at the moment it doesn't feel worth it at all. The Halloween event was amazing and this feels like a let down compared to it. I only dropped 1 elder sword throughout my hours of playing so far. Please increase the amount of tokens we get each drop and the frequency of the drop and the drop rate of the elder and relic weapons. Loads of players will lose interest with how little nice things drop at the moment and if no changes made to it asap.

Hi Devs,

First of all, thank you for the new Frozen Death vanity and for giving us the chance to get some of the older vanities through the token vendor. We really appreciate having more goals to work toward this event. However, I'd like to raise some concern about the current token drop rate. Right now, the amount of tokens we receive per run feels very low, and this makes it especially difficult for players who don’t have re-roll vanity sets or other ways to boost their drops. While we truly appreciate the vanity items available in the token vendor—they’re exciting and definitely worth aiming for—the grind becomes extremely heavy when the drop rate is this low. The event zone is also quite big, so each run naturally takes more time compared to smaller maps from the previous events.

And since the event falls during the holiday season, many players will be busy with family and holiday plans. For those who can only play for a few hours, it might be hard to collect enough tokens in time. I hope you could consider increasing the token drop rate to help make the event more manageable and balanced. Thank you again for all your hard work!
