Why don't you add the other pieces of the evil set to the vendor in case they can't be obtained through farming?

We wanted them to be made available via different sources (crafted/looted/purchased).

They're bind-on-equip, meaning tradable until you equip it and then it becomes bound.

(S) refers to stashable, (ST) refers to stashable/tradable.
