    Default Removal of every damage multiplier procs

    Can you remove all those damage multiplier procs of the game?

    Those are the main reason why gearwise procs are mandatory to enjoy the game.

    I am talking about the 100%+ and the x2+ damage boosts on procs.

    Instead we can just leave the BD ED CD and Haste ones.

    This way you can squish the numbers because now they are honestly too big.

    We do not even enjoy some 300k damage on hit because now the game is about millions of damage per hit.

    In addition to that change you can also reduce ennemies HP in maps that would not be a big deal right?

    Moreover this way procs that are not damage multipliers would be more intresting, creating more viable options of gameplay.

    And skills and lesser damaging procs would shine more.

    I am convinced that this will make the game funnier.

    But if this is really the direction you wanna go with the game so be it. This thread is really personnal anyway.

    Appreciate the suggestion, but not sure where to begin here. Sounds like you're asking for a removal of an integral part of the game experience that players have become accustomed to (and have paid for) plus a full game rebalance.

    We're working on plans for a game rebalance for Season 41 but nothing this ambitious.

    Well yeah it is exactly what you said.

    People who paid for it already got their gold value through using and selling them. I do not think that they will say no to a game rebalance. If they do they can state their opinion here with their ign tho as i said it is a personnal point of view.

    The idea is to keep every mechanics of the procs they can buff, pull, damage.
    There is not even the need of changing their look.

    First (well there are two options but i would prefer the complete removal ) :
    Just to remove any damage multipliers in the actual game that comes from procs.
    Or
    Reduce them by a percentage (sorry if it is not the right word for pourcentage) that you can chose just make it higher than 50% of a nerf.

    Results would be :
    - lower numbers => easier to understand and feel
    - slower map pacing and higher time to kill => no more one shot meta so we can appreciate game mechanics
    - improvement of theocrafting => right now i won't lie between a proc that gives me a damage multiplier and something else i do not even think twice especially now that armors tend to give other types of procs


    Second : release the change of the damage multipliers procs with a global HP nerf of every ennemy in arlor from lvl 71 to 91 and for LB

    The Results expected would be :
    - smoother difficulty curve from lvl 71 (because that is where this damage multiplier thing began, please correct me if i am mistaken)
    - make every gear rarity playable => mythic and arcane gear will still help running way faster
    - make the skill and their revamp more enjoyable => because right now utility and damage skills are useless (if they are not to proc your gear by doing dots), the best way to play the game is to get buffer skills and dots that will help buffing you and proc your gear so that with the damage multiplier it will oneshot everything it is not even about setupping ennemies to maximise the reach or anything.
    - improve teamwork and game knowledge => this one may be controversial because players now are used to bypass every mechanic, they will be forced to learn what to do in maps situations

    I support this +1

    High damage multipliers from procs created a huge gap between arcane and mythic yet alone legendary gears.

    Rebalance is needed for sure, we will adapt to whatever changes you all make same way we adapted to dealing ridiculous dmg

    . (It was nice for tanks for awhile I won't lie, but just got out of hand now. we lost since of what the game should be and that's where classes HAVE to work together. When we all got the same procs no matter class, when I think it got off the rails)

    people paid for awakes on gear for proc stacking, n for the plat charm that gave buff or resistance every event u guys removed both so saying that is just a bad excuse , and they were both in game for years

    Maybe it just me but caps level 31-46 were the best caps imo. All this -75% damage passive this, procx150% or 1500% reflect damage is just absurd :/ although no changes will come from this after 12 years of playing. I yet still enjoy the game(not endgame)

    Ps: in addition are you guys able to put somewhere in our account settings how many hours we have played? Thank you

    Well thank you for the first part, i totally agree with you those numbers are absurd.
    But i will say that the one that is really broken right now is the damage multiplier kind one since they adjusted all the game to fit them since lvl 71.

    As for the second request it is not related to the thread you may create a new one for that.
