Proc toggle

Hi,

It would be great to have a toggle button for mythic/arcane equipment with procs, starting with level 91 pieces (to save time). I just read the descriptions of the new veil pieces’ procs, and at this point, I would actually prefer veil pieces to have no procs at all to avoid unwanted triggers.

You could make it a gold sink, 5 million (or any other price) to turn off a proc on an item, and another 5 million to re-enable it.
